Special Gift Issue

It's that holiday season: With Rosh Hashanah less than a week away, many of us are scrambling to find that perfect gift for family members and coworkers. Here, the traditional times for gift-giving are Rosh Hashanah and Pesach (Passover). But what about the four-legged friends on your list? A bottle of wine isn't going to do it for the Boxer down the street; an apple-shaped honey dish isn't going to please the Himalayan at the office.

Never fear! We have an expert on board. Nadine (aka the Fat Girl, large and in charge) helped me compile this list of exciting gift options:
  1. Is your neutered dog shy? Don't want the other dogs in the park to laugh at him? Then get him a pair of Neuticles.
  2. Love your cow? Want to help ease her aches and pains? Well, now you can learn the correct accupuncture points for your bovine buddy.
  3. It's a hot climate, so how about some hot-weather relief for that wilting Weinereimer?
  4. A new outfit is always welcome, especially a party dress...
  5. (However, even the Fat Girl agrees that bling is a bit over-the-top.)
  6. For the cat who has everything except a designer litter box enclosure...
  7. Fat Girl plans ahead for that inevitable hip replacement surgery...
  8. And don't forget the ferrets on your list, who not only enjoy stylish bandanas,
  9. ...but demand the best in bedding comfort.
  10. But when in doubt, Fat Girl always agrees that life is short... (Don't skip the video or the bizarre mouse-overs.) And if you're really cheap, you can just order the free poster.

Best wishes for a sweet new year to everyone!
