An unexpected market: Ha'aretz reports that Israeli Arabs love matzoh and buy a great deal every year. In fact, the front page of Ha'aretz (Friday, 6 April 2007) ran a picture of a young woman in Umm al-Fahm putting matzoh into her shopping cart. The article ended by citing one of those bizarre examples of symbiosis: Israeli Jews who don't keep kosher flock to bakeries in Arab villages to by hametz (bread products). Only in Israel...
